  • HOW MUCH IS A KLIGHTBOX?
    Our introductory price is NOW at PhP3,000 per piece.

  • IS THE KLIGHTBOX ON-HAND OR FOR PRE-ORDER?
    Yes, our light boxes are on-hand and ready to ship.

  • ARE YOUR LIGHT BOXES ALL ORIGINAL?
    All our items are original and the designs are copyrighted by our resident artists.

  • CAN THE LIGHTS STILL BE CHANGED?
    No, the LED lightings are fixed. Each light box features a combination of 2 to 3 different colors that are strategically placed to complement the paper art in it. 

  • DOES THE LIGHT BOX REQUIRE BATTERIES OR DO I NEED TO PLUG IT IN?
    Our light box kit comes with a USB cord that you can plug in to a power bank or use an adaptor so you can directly plug it in a 220v outlet.

  • CAN I LEAVE THE LIGHT BOX OPEN OVERNIGHT?
    No, we do not recommend that you leave it open for more than six (6) hours. Although you need not worry about it overheating because LED lights do not produce light using heat as most other bulb types do. 

  • WHAT ARE YOUR MODES OF PAYMENT?
    We accept payments via direct bank transfers and GCash. We also accept credit card payments via PayPal.

  • I HAVE JUST PAID FOR MY ORDER, WHERE SHOULD I SEND MY PROOF OF PAYMENT?
    Please send us a copy of your deposit slip together with your Order Number via email at sales@klightbox.com

  • WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ORDER/S?
    Since payment cut-off is every Thursday, we will send all orders by this Saturday.

    LOCAL SHIPPING: Please expect the package within 3 to 5 days after receiving our confirmation e-mail.

    INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Please expect the package within 7 to 10 days after receiving our confirmation e-mail.

  • WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING OPTIONS?
    LOCAL: We ship via JRS Express and AP Cargo. Tracking numbers will be sent via your registered mobile number and e-mail address so please sure to check them regularly.

    INTERNATIONAL: We ship via FedEx and DHL*. Tracking numbers will be sent via e-mail.

    *We will only cover for the freight cost. Local charges like tax and duties (if applicable) must be covered by the customer.

  • I HAVE RECEIVED MY LIGHT BOX, CAN I OPEN AND CUSTOMIZE IT?
    You have the freedom to do whatever you want with your light box. However, once you pry it open and tinker with the mechanisms, your *warranty will automatically be void. 

    *Please note that the product will not be accepted for replacement once the product has been been tampered with because, from our end, we ensure that the product is in good working condition before we ship them out to you.

  • DO YOU ACCEPT CUSTOMIZED ORDERS?
    Yes, we can customize light boxes with your preferred design for a minimum of 100 pieces per design. If you wish to customize a light box, please send us an e-mail at hello@klightbox.com. Our sales associate will get in touch with you ASAP.
  • HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY CUSTOMIZED LIGHT BOXES?
    Lead time for personalized designs is approximately 45 to 60 calendar days, excluding delivery/shipping days. 

 

  • I AM READY TO PLACE MY BULK ORDER, DO YOU REQUIRE DOWN PAYMENTS?
    Yes, we require 50% downpayment upon placement of bulk orders.

  • ARE YOU OPEN FOR RESELLERS?
