All our items are checked thoroughly before we ship it out to you. However, should there still be a need for any replacement, please refer to our policy below:
- Replacements can be made within 7 calendar days after receipt of your order from the courier.
- We only provide replacement for items that have been proven to display manufacturing defects such as missing parts, damaged frame, scratches on the frame, and malfunctioning LED light.
- We only provide a 1-to-1 exchange (replacement) of the same item. No monetary refunds or store credit will be provided.
- Should you wish to request for replacement, please submit the following documents to email@example.com: original proof of purchase, pictures of manufacturing defects, and other documents as requested by KLIGHTBOX PH.
- All 1-to-1 exchanges are subject to the availability of the item. If it is unavailable, we will inform you right away and offer other solutions.
- Processing of replacement will be within 5 Business Days.
- We reserve the right to reject any item/s that does not meet the requirements of our return policy.
