Replacement Policy

We value YOU and your satisfaction means the world to us!


All our items are checked thoroughly before we ship it out to you. However, should there still be a need for any replacement, please refer to our policy below:

Replacement Guidelines:

  • Replacements can be made within 7 calendar days after receipt of your order from the courier.
  • We only provide replacement for items that have been proven to display manufacturing defects such as missing parts, damaged frame, scratches on the frame, and malfunctioning LED light.
  • We only provide a 1-to-1 exchange (replacement) of the same item. No monetary refunds or store credit will be provided.
  • Should you wish to request for replacement, please submit the following documents to hello@klightbox.com: original proof of purchase, pictures of manufacturing defects, and other documents as requested by KLIGHTBOX PH.
  • All 1-to-1 exchanges are subject to the availability of the item. If it is unavailable, we will inform you right away and offer other solutions.
  • Processing of replacement will be within 5 Business Days.
  • We reserve the right to reject any item/s that does not meet the requirements of our return policy.
